- Tish Morrison has been proactive with helping our MTSS time run more smoothly. She came up with ideas on how to make our computer lab days easier with signing on as well as looking at how we can schedule out our activities for MTSS to be more consistent. -Taylor Otwell
- Ground made an adorable mission statement poster! All the kids worked to create the class mission statement. Then she took their pictures using a Polaroid and they signed their little photos. They were used to frame the mission statement. So cute and super meaningful! -Binkley
- Luginbuehl! Not only has she been digesting a complete change in her pacing/curriculum she has hit the ground running here at LP. She is always asking questions to make sure she is on top of everything and checks in with her team before making big decisions. A team-player, Luginbuehl thinks of her students, team, and families when making decisions. – Stephanie
- I would like to nominate Laura Mazzole for the hours she has spent organizing our MTSS groups to best serve our kiddos! -Jamey Trinkaus
- I might be biased 🙂 but I nominate Lara Slats – she handles transitioning from two different “jobs” and anything that comes her way beautifully and with a great attitude. She is flexible and doesn’t complain and she loves the kids! -Holly
- Jennifer Binkley: Thank you for designing the Thanksvito week. It gave all of us an opportunity to be show gratitude to our first responder. You are a trail blazer with Pay It Forward and adding to our school wide culture of LIM. You spotlighted attention, love, and interest to our very own first responder. You make a difference. - Greg Robbibaro: Mr. Robbibaro has a love robotics and taught a robotics elective for 8th grade students last year. Even though Mrs. Burgess is teaching the class this year, Mr. Robbibaro spends some of his planning periods helping out with the class. In addition, he has now begun an after school Robotics Club that meets every Friday. He also attends Saturday competitions to meet other coordinators and research what equipment other schools are using. Bonnie Guertin

- Mr Bethune brightening up our spirits and filled our bellies with Bethune’s’ Famous BBQ. His generosity was much appreciated! PS If you ever need anyone to sample your BBQ, we volunteer. Jenny Holden
- Undrecia Pedraza is always willing to help out and has volunteered for all types of committees, clubs and jobs around the school. She really understands the Lutz Prep Culture and is a valued member of our team! Stephanie Rodriguez

- Ms Miller has done a wonderful job researching for a third field trip option for our classes. She has a wonderful attitude and is always willing to help and support. 2nd grade is lucky to have her. Jennifer Binkley
- Ms Roskamp has done an awesome job transitioning into her new position on the 4th grade team. She is super flexible, easy going and always up for the challenge. Good work! 4th Grade Team
- Mrs. Hurley has been working so hard during the day on top of coming in early and staying late to be ready for all of her friends. She has been working non-stop to find a way to schedule all the kids where it is best for them as well as their teachers on top of meetings and all the other day to day happenings. She does it all with a smile and is the first to offer help or assistance when it is needed. She’s a rock star. Jodi Howell
- Coach Reyes is working wonderfully with the safety patrols. He is out there every morning with a great attitude. He is coaching the boys soccer team (while in pouring rain at times) and even scrimmaging with them in 400 degree heat! He has been a helpful addition to our team! Holly Williams.
- Holly Williams has been working on her own time requesting and receiving photos for the Leader In Me Tile Wall Art Exhibit that will showcase how our students are practicing the 7 habits in their personal lives. Not only has she received photos, but she is spending time editing each and every photo so they are all uniform and appealing for the tile wall. Thank you Holly for your continued dedication to perfection and for helping the walls of Lutz Prep come to life. We all can’t wait to see it! Slats and Guertin
- Andrea Burgess and Cindy Howell – the Terrific Tech Team. They always stop and help when you ask them to solve a tech problem. Helen Moen

- Diana Jenkins has gone above and beyond in aiding the robotics club in their endeavors. She heard about my failures in getting grants to help fund the club and took it upon herself to apply for a Publix grant to successfully be awarded funds to help us get the materials we needed to eventually compete. Furthermore, I had been attempting to order this specific part that was critical for us being able to compete in the future but because of back orders and time constraints of what I was told were due to China trade complications we wouldn’t have gotten the part for another 8 weeks. Yet she found a way to not only get the part but get it to us much quicker than any shipping confirmation had stated for us. Coming back from the break it was delivered and waiting. I thank you on behalf of myself and the students for what you have made possible in our robotics club. Greg Robbibaro
- Judy O’Sullivan: Tackling another Pay It Forward Project: Judy been searching for an agency to help me with a “Play it Forward” used sports equipment drive this spring. The Tampa Bay Sports Commission looks to be the best choice to help us collect, store and distribute the equipment. Her hope is to begin sending “Save the old equipment” announcements in the newsletter maybe next month. Spring sports are soon starting and we can catch those outgrown things. Bonnie Guertin
- Leah Herring: We would like to nominate Leah Herring for being the glue that holds our team together! She is always supportive, encouraging and helpful! Leah works so hard communicate with our parents, generate new ideas for school-wide expectations and keep our students focused on LIM objectives! She is also amazing at countless other things that we appreciate on a daily basis! Holly, Christina and Kasey – 5th Grade Team

She is an asset to our school. Not only has she been a great mentor for so many, I also get to see firsthand the incredible instruction, independence, and high expectations she instills in her students. I’m a pretty lucky momma!
